A device-specific mounting solution for secure, accessible positioning of payment terminals and card readers on counters, kiosks or integrated tablet systems.
A commercial countertop stand developed around the selected tablet, enclosure, payment workflow and installation method for OEM/ODM POS programs.
A commercial stand that supports, positions and charges a tablet through a device-specific Pogo Pin docking interface, with optional data and peripheral connectivity.
A multi-device dock developed for organized fleet charging, with five device positions, controlled contact alignment and project-defined power or data management.
A Pogo Pin does not make a dock reliable by itself. The contact has to meet the device pad at the right position, working stroke and pressure while the housing guides the device into place. Power design, cable routing and production tolerances are part of the same result.
Goochain develops custom docks as complete mating systems. The device or protective case, contact board, cradle, guide surfaces and power input are reviewed together before tooling.

Guide surfaces, ribs, tapers or magnets should bring the device onto a repeatable datum. The contact pins should not be used as alignment posts. Side loading can damage pins, wear pads and create intermittent charging.
The nominal design should keep each pin within an approved compression range after part and assembly tolerances are included. Too little compression risks unstable contact; excessive compression increases force and wear. Goochain reviews the full tolerance stack rather than only the nominal drawing.
Pin quantity, parallel power contacts, conductor size, PCB copper, connector and adapter must support the required system current and temperature limit. Data functions need their own channel review. Charging and data claims are validated against the approved configuration.
Fixtures should confirm contact position, continuity, charging and fit. Reliability plans may include repeated docking, cable strain, contact resistance monitoring and environmental checks according to the project. Goochain records the sample revision and test conditions so a result is not applied to unrelated versions.

For a custom dock, send Goochain the device sample, contact pad drawing, charging/data requirement and expected use cycle. These inputs allow the mechanical and electrical design to be closed together.
