Shared devices are often returned in batches at the end of a shift. A multi-bay station needs to make that routine orderly: each position should be easy to identify, easy to clean, stable on the work surface and electrically consistent when several devices charge together.
Goochain develops five-bay stations around the actual device and deployment environment. The project can use Pogo Pin contacts, guided slots, replaceable inserts, charging status indicators and a customer-approved power architecture. Power distribution, thermal behavior, enclosure strength and service access are reviewed before production rather than added after the mechanical design is finished.
A five-bay enclosure is not simply five single docks placed side by side. Goochain reviews total power demand, internal cable and PCB layout, contact consistency across bays, airflow, adapter selection, station footprint and the process for replacing a damaged bay or cable.
