A device-specific mounting solution for secure, accessible positioning of payment terminals and card readers on counters, kiosks or integrated tablet systems.
A commercial countertop stand developed around the selected tablet, enclosure, payment workflow and installation method for OEM/ODM POS programs.
A commercial stand that supports, positions and charges a tablet through a device-specific Pogo Pin docking interface, with optional data and peripheral connectivity.
A multi-device dock developed for organized fleet charging, with five device positions, controlled contact alignment and project-defined power or data management.
At Goochain, the first engineering question is not what the case should look like. It is how the complete hardware set will be used. Dongguan Goochain Technology Co., Ltd. develops the enclosure, reader carrier, Pogo Pin interface, dock, stand and internal cable assemblies as connected parts of one OEM/ODM project.
Define whether the tablet stays on a counter, moves between staff, returns to a dock or changes between handheld and fixed use. A restaurant ordering device has different grip, drop and charging requirements from a self-service kiosk. This workflow determines the enclosure edges, strap points, reader position and docking direction before cosmetic work begins.
Provide the tablet model, hardware revision, region and physical sample whenever possible. The reader, scanner, battery or other peripheral also needs to be fixed early. Port location, camera clearance, antenna zones, card-entry paths and cable exits cannot be decided from a screen size alone.
If the program must support several device combinations, identify which parts should remain common and which can change. A shared case with replaceable reader backplates may be more maintainable than one tool attempting to fit every combination.
Charging can use a direct USB cable, internal adapter, contact pad or Pogo Pin dock. Data may be unnecessary, or it may need USB, Ethernet or another defined interface. The electrical path affects PCB space, cable bend radius, strain relief, heat and assembly order. Treating it as a late-stage add-on usually makes the enclosure thicker and harder to service.
A prototype should confirm grip, reader access, cable behavior, docking alignment and assembly sequence. Later samples can validate charging, data, repeated docking, drop performance and the agreed environmental requirements. Goochain uses these results to close the drawing and production controls before mass production.
For a new mPOS project, send Goochain the tablet and reader models, the charging method, a simple workflow description and the forecast quantity. A complete input package allows our team to review the product as a manufacturable system instead of a collection of separate parts.
