A freestanding magnetic tablet stand with sliding height adjustment, 360-degree screen rotation and single- or dual-head configurations. Goochain supports OEM/ODM customization for tablet POS counters, customer-facing displays and commercial device mounting projects. Device fit and supplied accessories are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Goochain develops compact countertop tablet POS mounting configurations for retail and café checkout areas. The tablet mount and card reader holder are reviewed against the available counter space, device models and permitted fixing method. Component scope, installed dimensions and cable exits are defined for the quoted configuration. Tablets, payment readers and POS software are customer-supplied unless separately agreed.
A device-specific mounting solution for secure, accessible positioning of payment terminals and card readers on counters, kiosks or integrated tablet systems.
A commercial countertop stand developed around the selected tablet, enclosure, payment workflow and installation method for OEM/ODM POS programs.
A 3D model can look complete while still creating tooling risk, difficult assembly or unstable dimensions. DFM review turns the product geometry into a production plan before steel is cut.
At Goochain, DFM connects industrial design, mechanical engineering, molding, cable/PCBA packaging, assembly and inspection. The output should be a set of agreed decisions, not a generic approval stamp.
Material, wall thickness, ribs, bosses, draft, undercuts, parting lines, gate direction and ejector positions affect appearance and performance. Changes are easier to make in CAD than after tooling trials.

The review includes tablet insertion, reader mounting, cable path, contact board, fasteners, adhesives, seals and service access. A housing should not be approved without confirming how every internal part is installed and tested.
Device retention, Pogo Pin alignment, button access and stand interfaces depend on selected dimensions. Goochain identifies the datums, tolerance stack and inspection method rather than applying tight tolerances everywhere.

The DFM record should show what changed, what remains open and who approved the final direction. If the device sample, material or electrical architecture is not fixed, releasing the mold may lock in assumptions that later become expensive.
Goochain can review enclosure CAD together with the device, reader, cable and dock interface. Closing these details before tooling reduces avoidable mold changes and pilot-build surprises.
