A freestanding magnetic tablet stand with sliding height adjustment, 360-degree screen rotation and single- or dual-head configurations. Goochain supports OEM/ODM customization for tablet POS counters, customer-facing displays and commercial device mounting projects. Device fit and supplied accessories are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Goochain develops compact countertop tablet POS mounting configurations for retail and café checkout areas. The tablet mount and card reader holder are reviewed against the available counter space, device models and permitted fixing method. Component scope, installed dimensions and cable exits are defined for the quoted configuration. Tablets, payment readers and POS software are customer-supplied unless separately agreed.
A device-specific mounting solution for secure, accessible positioning of payment terminals and card readers on counters, kiosks or integrated tablet systems.
A commercial countertop stand developed around the selected tablet, enclosure, payment workflow and installation method for OEM/ODM POS programs.
A prototype proves that a direction can work. A pilot build asks a harder question: can the complete product be assembled, tested and repeated using production-intent parts and processes?
Goochain uses the pilot to connect engineering approval with the factory floor. It is the point where drawings, BOM, tooling, cables, PCBA, fixtures, labels and work instructions meet in one controlled build.

Before the pilot, identify the approved mechanical, electrical and software-dependent configuration. Temporary hand modifications should be listed and either converted into controlled features or removed.
Where practical, use the intended mold, finish, fasteners, adhesives, cable termination, PCBA and assembly fixtures. A hand-built sample can hide tolerance and cycle-time problems that appear only when operators follow the production sequence.
Fit problems, difficult fasteners, cable pinching, cosmetic defects and test failures should be tied to the operation where they occur. Goochain reviews whether the cause belongs to design, tooling, component, fixture or instruction.

The final pilot actions update drawings, BOM, incoming checks, work instructions, test limits, packaging and traceability. Mass production begins only after the open items have owners and an approved disposition.
For a new hardware program, plan prototype and pilot quantities separately. Goochain can use the prototype to refine the design and the pilot to demonstrate manufacturing readiness.
