A device-specific mounting solution for secure, accessible positioning of payment terminals and card readers on counters, kiosks or integrated tablet systems.
A commercial countertop stand developed around the selected tablet, enclosure, payment workflow and installation method for OEM/ODM POS programs.
A commercial stand that supports, positions and charges a tablet through a device-specific Pogo Pin docking interface, with optional data and peripheral connectivity.
A multi-device dock developed for organized fleet charging, with five device positions, controlled contact alignment and project-defined power or data management.
Goochain starts with who touches the screen, where the customer stands and whether the device changes orientation. The mechanism is selected after the workflow, not before it.
A fixed stand is stable and simple where one user position is expected. It can be suitable for kitchen display, check-in or a cashier screen that never turns toward the customer. The viewing angle still needs to match screen height and counter depth.
Swivel allows a tablet or terminal to turn between operator and customer. Flip mechanisms can move a screen across the counter more directly. Both need controlled stops, stable bases and cable paths that do not wind or pinch through repeated movement.
Tilt helps accommodate different user heights, glare and transaction positions. Friction hinges, detents or locked joints have different wear and service characteristics. The selected force should hold the device during touch without making adjustment difficult.
A swivel-and-tilt stand may be justified, but every joint changes tolerance and load. Goochain reviews center of gravity, stop angles, finger-clearance zones and cable behavior before the mechanism is released for tooling or metal fabrication.
Send Goochain a short video or sketch of the transaction flow. We can recommend a fixed, swivel, tilt or flip structure tied to the real counter and user movement.
